Travel that feels effortless—and actually fits.

Whether it’s a bucket-list expedition or safari, a private villa large enough for everyone, or something more understated—every detail is chosen to reflect how you want to experience a place.

Too many decisions.
Too many options that all look the same.
Too many variables that only reveal themselves once you’re there.

And even when everything seems right on paper—
a beautiful hotel, a well-known destination, a full itinerary—

something still feels… off.

Because the problem isn’t access.

Travel should feel easy.
But most of the time, it doesn’t.

It’s alignment.

Anyone can book a five-star hotel.
Anyone can suggest the “right” neighborhood or the “best” time to go.

That doesn’t mean it’s right for you.

A hotel can be stunning—and completely wrong.
An itinerary can be full—and still feel disconnected.

More isn’t better.

Better is better.

This is where travel starts to feel different.

Not because it’s more expensive.
Not because it’s more elaborate.

Because it’s aligned to your values and needs.

Most travel planning focuses on access—
the best hotels, the right reservations, the places everyone says you should go.

But access isn’t the problem anymore.

I design travel that reflects how you want to experience a place—
whether that’s a hotel, a private villa, an apartment, a yacht, or something entirely different.

From expeditions to city stays, the format changes.

The standard doesn’t.

Every decision is made with intention.
Every detail is considered ahead of time.
Every piece works together.

So instead of managing your trip—

you get to experience it.

Travel that actually fits

Every recommendation is shaped around how you like to travel—so the experience feels natural, not forced.

A trip that runs smoothly

The details are handled ahead of time, so you’re not managing logistics or second-guessing decisions while you’re there.

A worthwhile experience

Not because it’s more expensive — but because it’s better thought through, better paced, and more aligned from the start.

“I can’t adequately express how grateful I am for the experience Autumn created for our family trip to Paris… It changed how we think about traveling as a family.”

— Jo L.

“She went above and beyond on the day of travel… Absolutely cannot say enough good things about her professionalism and willingness to help her clients.”

— Amanda S.

“Autumn was very helpful booking a hotel for us in Paris. Her tips on navigating the city with kids were great!”

— Joe H.

We begin with how you like to travel — what matters, what doesn’t, and where things tend to feel complicated.

Thoughtfully design your trip

I build your trip around the right structure, pacing and accommodations — so everything works together.

I coordinate and confirm the details so you can travel knowing it’s all been considered.

Everything comes together

So instead of figuring it out as you go — you arrive knowing it already works.

You need someone who knows what actually holds up once you’re there.

Travel is easy to make look good on paper.

A beautiful hotel. A popular destination. All the things you’re supposed to do and see. But that isn’t what makes a trip feel right when you’re actually living it.

I’ve spent most of my career in wine and hospitality, working behind the scenes in environments where experience is everything; and where the difference between something that looks exceptional, and something that actually is, comes down to the details most people don’t see.

I don’t approach travel by asking what’s considered luxury.

I look at what will actually work for you. What will feel easy. What will hold up over time. What is worth your energy — and what isn’t.

Because a five-star hotel can be perfect — or completely wrong.

A highly-recommended experience can fall flat. And the most memorable parts of a trip are often the ones that aren’t marketed at all.

I work with families, couples, groups, and individuals who want someone to filter the noise, guide the decisions, and build something that feels considered from the start.

Traveling with kids, you’re never quite sure what they will most remember.

We were walking through the Musée d’Orsay when my daughter suddenly stopped, pointed across the room, and shouted, “Mom, look—the Gates of Hell!”

She had recognized the sculpture from a previous trip to the Musée Rodin.

It wasn’t planned.
It wasn’t on a checklist.

But it was one of those moments where you realize something has actually connected.

That’s what happens when you experience something fully.

It changes your frame of reference.
It shapes how you see the world.
It builds confidence in unfamiliar places.
And it stays with you long after the trip is over.

That’s as true for adults as it is for kids.

Not just in museums—
on a safari, on a ski trip, anywhere you find yourself fully in it.

You don’t just see it.
You know it.

Have it handled from the start

If you’re ready to plan, we’ll start with a consultation and move into designing your trip — completely.
